What’s Bierstacheln, you ask? It's a German tradition where beer is heated with a hot poker or spike—how cool is that? 🔥 Sterling from Big Stick Cigar Lounge will be poking our favorite Shiner Beer! 🍺

On the Menu:
Starter:
🥗 House Salad – Fresh spring greens tossed with baby tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, shredded cheddar, croutons, and drizzled with house ranch dressing.
Main Course:
🔥 Iron Grilled Sirloin – A perfectly grilled steak seasoned with our special Black Forest blend of seasonings. (All steaks cooked to Medium)
Side Dish:
🥔 Baked Baby Potatoes – Lightly seasoned with sea salt and dill for the perfect savory bite.
